This is absolutely one of my personal mantras. When I feel my heart start to race, or I'm getting ahead of myself, I ALWAYS come back to this one. Inhale-2-3-4, Exhale-2-3-4. Repeat as needed.
So this week, I thought I'd give you a few ways to amend this mantra depending on what you need:
Inhale love, exhale hate
Inhale confidence, exhale doubt.
Inhale the future, exhale the past.
Inhale hope, exhale fear.
Inhale compassion, exhale judgement.
Inhale positivity, exhale anxiety.
Inhale strength, exhale weakness.
Inhale life, exhale resistance.
